  • Authorisation of  the transactions and masters(The transactions like receipt and masters need to be authorised by the project admin)
  • Flats classification based on the type, amenities(flats can be listed based on amenities like water front/ private garden /private swimming pool or type like type a ,b, c etc) so you can filter the water front flats etc separately)
  • Add /remove Calculation components Selectively based on the project(The additional calculation components like club house ,water authority charges, electricity charges workers welfare fund, association charge can be user defined and selectively allocate to a project)
    • Cancellation of booking and availability of cancelled flats for sale(booking can be cancelled  by the clients due to different reasons it will be made available for sales on authorisation client id and details will be retained)
    • Scan signature in all type of correspondence documents.

    • Customized print format  will be provided subject to maximum of 25 formats having Receipt formats, demand letters, other letters,  Service Tax reports,  Huda reports and MIS Reports.
